Water supply is affected to the above area due to a burst main that has to be repaired in the Algoa Park area today.

Tuesday, 8 October 2024.
Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality wishes to inform residents that a 22kv circuit breaker has tripped at Motherwell Main causing loss of power supply to the following areas:
* NU 10'
* NU 11
* NU 12
* NU 13
* NU 29
* NU 30
* Tjoksville
* Steve Tswete
* Shukushukuma
A team is on-site busy with investigation and fault finding.

A planned water distribution shutdown will take place 03 October 2024 at (08:00-17:00)
The above mentioned works will take 8 hours and water tankers will be made available should there be a need.
It is estimated that should there be water disruptions, Salsoneville Bethelsdorp will be affected.

ELECTRICITY DISRUPTION UPDATE.
Tuesday , 24 September 2024.
The Municipality wishes to inform residents that an 11kV circuit breaker has tripped at Aloes/Wells Estate 1 substation. The power supply at Bluewater Bay, Wells Estate and surrounding areas is affected.
Staff are attending to the fault however, there is no timeframe available. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Water disruptions are being experienced and plumbers are on site to repair.
Water trucks will be provided for water continuity.
