(i)   Town Planning Amendment (TPA 9482): Amendment to Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1590, Newton Park from Residential 1 and Transportation 1 to Business 3 purposes to permit offices.

(ii)  Zoning Scheme Departure (ZSD 4748): Departure from the side, rear and street building lines.

·         ERF 1946, NEWTON PARK (35 FOURTH AVENUE) (CF17/01946) (SN):

(i)   Removal of Restrictions (Sect. 47/SPLUMA): Removal of Title Deed conditions.

(ii)  Town Planning Amendment (TPA 9480): Amendment to Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1946, Newton Park from Business 3 to Business 1 purposes to permit the property to be used for such purposes.
